[wplug-plan] Membership Clarification

Hi Beth and Mark, 

Congratulations on getting the plan together.  

Please clarify the following announcement:

"* If we do not hear from you otherwise, the board will accept you as a
member who has paid dues on September 22, 2005."


Does this mean I am on a list of those who have paid or that I am on a list of those pre-registered and need to pay before Sept 22? 

(I think that I paid, but probably got pizza too - it is a bit confusing).
