Two other committees have been created by the board, although
they were not considered vital enough to WPLUG to be in the
bylaws - the newsletter and ErieLUG revival committees.  Their
functions are pretty much self-explanatory.

All committee members are appointed by the board, except for
the ErieLUG committee which is appointed by the WPLUG Chair.
