[wplug-plan] June GUM and Tutorial. Setup help needed

I really think that soliciting volunteers works better in person.  I'm a bit 
annoyed with myself for not trying to organize such a meeting yesterday.

Unfortunately, I will not be here for the June 12 meeting, so I'm encouraging 
you guys now to have such a meeting at the June 12 meeting.
