makes perfect sense to me. Sure, it may mean that someone may not be able to attend, but we should gain more than lose.
WPLUG does not seem to be the kind of organisation that needs to stick rigidly to a schedule. Meetings should be frequent to maintain the expectation that someone will always be able to find one coming soon and well publicised (as they are) but in my opinion there is no necessity for regularity.
