[wplug-plan] help needed for 1/17 GUM

Hello,

Help is needed for this upcoming GUM on January 17th.

Since we may have a visitor from the Post Gazette, it
would be nice if things would go a little smoother than
usual.

If you have a name tag, please don't forget to bring it.
If you don't and want one, please contact Bill Moran

(if you don't "do" name tags, that's cool too)

In particular, we need a few folks who would be willing
to show up early (9:30am) to help setup.

We also could use another person to volunteer to co-host
just to make sure that things are running on schedule.

As for food, we are OK on donuts and pop.
