[wplug-plan] setup crew for May 1 and May 8

Hello,

I'm looking for volunteers for the setup crew for May 1st and May 8th.
If you can commit to being present at CMU Newell Simon Hall 1507 at
9:30am on either date please let me know.

What is needed is a few people who can help hang signs, move tables,
and organize the morning food.

These brave souls should first sign up by emailing me, bethlynn at wplug.org
It is helpful for me to know who will help ahead of time so I'm know
that I'm not alone.

If you happen to show up before 10am, you will be expected to help.
