[wplug-plan] Possible Installfest

Hello,

I have confirmed that we have the room offically from 9:30am-4pm.
I will send mail to change the stop time to 6pm.

I think an installfest on april 12th is a great idea since I won't
be able to be present for the may 10th installfest.
