A City Council Post Agenda on the City's Cable Franchise Agreement is slated
for 1 pm on Tuesday. Should be replayed on delay in the PM as well as the
weekend.
    I won't be there, but I'll tape the proceedings.

On Aug. 2 I'll be at a swim meet. Sorry. Sorry I missed the picnic as well.
