[wplug-plan] installfest a go

Hi,

I asked around with the maintenance people here specifically about parking
and road conditions on campus for July 12. They say there's nothing
that would hinder us scheduled for this Saturday.

That means, this week's installfest is a go. 
Usual location CMU NSH 1507.
10am-5pm unless you want to help out. If so, show up ~9:30
