[wplug-plan] January Meeting topic?

What isn't fixed is a topic.  Once again with a late announcement as 
well.

If someone steps forward with a topic *today*, and there is some amount 
of consensus, I will announce that.  Otherwise I will announce a 
topic-less meeting for fun and non-profit.  How does this sound to 
everyone?
