These valid points. In theory, zman is the coordinator of the GUMs, but
perhaps he needs a co-coordinator, or a special task force that operates
outside the law to seek out new speakers from within the group.  I know
I'm swamped with stuff, and barely have time to keep up with the mailing
lists in some weeks. There are 71 people subscribed to wplug-plan. Time 
to speak up and volunteer.
