[wplug-plan] Wplug Bitrthday on Sept 26th

Just a reminder that wplug's birthday is coming up. I can hardly believe
that it's been this long... From September 26th 1997 until now! If my
weakened math skills are working at such an early hour, that means that
wplug will be turning 5 years old.

(I think next year, I'll have my cron reminder tool run a few weeks
earlier.)
