[wplug-plan] An idea for a WPLUG gathering

I think of all the idea the 2 most promising IMHO are 1) Zoo 2)
Kennywood.  I think the board should put together a comity (of board
members and non-board members to hash this out again IMHO)

and Thanks Beth for going thought all the work for the group to put this
information together we all owe you a big thanks.
