I'll be in at 9AM this Saturday to open the room.  As I'm not fully clear 
on what we're doing besides the standard installfest stuff, people who 
want a say in how the room furniture is organized ought to come early too. 
 (No, I can't really stop people from rearranging the room after 10, 
but...)
