[wplug-plan] Volunteer chair needed

I need someone to volunteer to coordinate and run the March GUM. I'm not 
if I'll have time to do it, and I might be out of town that weekend. 
This involves signing up speakers,
introducing them,
making sure people are either attentive or politely quiet.
Help Beth or her appointee order pizza, etc.
Probably other tasks I've forgotten.

I've been thinking we could do something related to SMTP. I've talked to a 
friend at a local ISP who is willing to talk about her anti-spam efforts.
