I asked him to do it. I knew there were several people who were on 
interested, but may or may not have made it based on when the meeting was, 
and I wanted to let them know what was happening. 

I think we're to the point that people on -plan know the web group is
starting again, so I'm going to suggest we move any future discussion to 
wplug-web.
