[wplug-plan] room facilities for ibm lecture

Hello,

We have reserved Room NSH 1507 (regular gum
meeting room) and NSH 1305(a lecture hall 
around the corner from 1507). The lecture hall
seats 70 people. We still have 1507 reserved
for food and general geek socialization.
Both rooms are reserved for 9:30-3:30 so there
is plenty of "setup" and "tear down" time.

The 1305 is equipt with VCR, PC with internet
connection, a/v projector (works with the PC
too), extra large screen and telephone. Very
impressive.
