[wplug-plan] An idea for a WPLUG gathering

Tom first emailed Beth and I, and it was my thought that he should run this 
past -plan to see what you guys think.  I think it'd be a good idea.  We just 
need to get some volunteers to organize it.  Certainly I'd help.
