[wplug-plan] Adopting a Penguin

I don't know about the the groups finatal situation.  But I am sure if
we took up a collection we could rasis the money, I will donate $10
(after payday)  I am sure we could raise another $40 easly.  What do you
all think and if we took up a collection who would donate.
