Well, the major things I'd like to implement first are submission and 
voting on of proposals, hopefully with some wplug-board at wplug.org list 
interfacing (automatic announcement of new proposals, announcement of 
decisions on proposals, etc.).

All of this going by the bylaws, of course; the logic in there should 
definitely be sufficient for coding a tight online voting mechanism, if 
not more.

For right now, I don't really need much help, although I appreciate the 
offer; the overhead wouldn't be worth the time savings. But if I do, 
wplug-web will be the first to know.
