Here is the basic list Beth Lynn has proposed...
I changed the wording a little, hopefully without
changing the meaning.

- You must sign-in upon entering the room.

- Respect the physical property of the
  room (ie furature, carts, carpet, computer, etc.)

- The room must be left in the same, if not better,
  condition than when it was received.

- Meetings must begin and end at the the designated times.

- Be respectful to other attendees,
  this includes but not limited to:
  a) Do not bring pornography
  b) Ask the whole group before doing something that may be distractful.
  c) Do not touch property that which does not belong to you
     without permission.
  d) Do not to insult one abother.

Any comments (besides nachos)?
