[wplug-plan] GUM April 7

Good, then the 2pm organizational meeting can be scheduled to carry on after the
GUM.  Everyone can consider this an advance notice and a call for agenda items
(which should be posted to the plan list).

ITEM:  I have should be able to present some simple provisions which would
effectively codify the arrangement of WPLUG as it exists.  I would suggest that
that would be the easiest place to begin before trying to develop any new
proposals.  I still need to put in some work on it, as I set everything aside
when the last meeting was canceled, but I should have something ready for the
April meeting.  In the meantime, I will be working to get the product from the
first three meetings online before the meeting.

Again anybody who wants to moderate or assist by keeping notes for the minutes
should either let me know directly or post the list.  I've been the point person
for the organizational meetings in the past months, but, while they have been
well received by the nearly all the WPLUGers who attended, I do not wish to
suffer the effort much longer.
