I've got a sample implementation at

I've chosen to have folks upload pictures rather than giving an
URL (if someone doesn't already have a website that's up all the
time, which is probably most folks, it's easier to just upload rather
than create a geocities account and set up something there)

Feel free to play with it.  I'll nuke the pictures once we want to
start running the contest For Real.
