Fixing the bylaws (Re: [wplug-plan] Umm.. we have a meeting saturday)

Agreed! No more confusion. But this isn't something we can just "hammer out"
without some preparation.

Adopting new bylaws may work out easier if a few people cobbled together some
"demo" bylaws before the meeting. Then we could debate the common points as we
encounter them before submitting them to a vote.

Or maybe we could hammer it out. Dang, this sort of thing would be perfect for a
web vote! We could put up a site with the sections of the bylaws we would
require, let people submit their own language for each section, then put each
section up for a vote! Then, we could iron out any conflicts at the next plan
meeting, at which we would put the final document up for a final vote!

Does this sound good to anyone?
