Considering you managed to write the above, I would say you are definitely
_not_ dead.  As for the list, it's just pining for the fjords.

I think most of us are waiting for DT to post his bylaws and I believe
someone wrote some minutes from the meeting.

If no one posts the above by the weekend, maybe I'll elaborate on some
of those points.
