[wplug-plan] Website Revisions

OK .. let's see .. there's a lot of stuff in there (most of the totally and
confirmed unused stuff is not executable -- the perms are set to a-x).

htsearch is used by the htdig interface
cvsweb.cgi would be used if we still had cvs stuff online

There's a directory called jeremy that has stuff for me in it (that I don't
think I use)

The following two are some old stuff for wplug:
wplug

Some generic stuff is in there, too -- like ora_choices which is how we get
our ORA image on the splash page

The rest of the stuff in that directory is for the old MySQL minutes stuff.
We don't really use this anymore, but I think pages still make calls to it.

wplug-meeting

Posting meeting announcements into the web pages. No one uses this anymore.

There are two database engines right now .. pgsql and mysql. All the php that
I wrote uses pgsql, James O'Kane asked for mysql so what ever ends up in there
is his doing. There may be some old stuff left around from the cgi stuff that
used MySQL, but I think we lost the data in a disk crash.

Moving forward: I would recommend a new directory for all cgi stuff (although
we shouldn't use CGI at all anymore .. it should be all PHP or so I think).
Once everything has been moved over, we can remove the old by chmod a-x until
we're sure it's not used.
