[wplug-members] Orphan ballot

A ballot was received in the mail today. Unfortunately, it was not
enclosed in an inner envelope and there was no return address.

Because there is no way to verify who sent the ballot, it cannot be
counted in the election.

To cast a ballot by mail, you should seal it in a small envelope.
Print and sign your name on this envelope. Then place this into a
larger envelope which is stamped and addressed to WPLUG.

If you are the one who mailed the ballot mentioned above, you must
cast a new one (either by mail or in person) for your vote to be
counted.

I apologize for sending this message to the entire membership, but
there was no way of targeting it more narrowly. If there are any
questions about the voting process, please contact me directly.
Thanks.
