[wplug-members] WPLUG election to be held October 31

The election for the 2009-2010 Board of Directors for the Western
Pennsylvania Linux Users Group will be held at the regular meeting
on Saturday, October 31, 2009.

This election shall be conducted using WPLUG's absentee balloting
procedures.  A subsequent message will include a copy of the ballot
and instructions for voting.  Votes may be submitted by postal mail
or in person.
