[wplug-members] Ballots available for the Annual Membership Elections Meeting

This is a reminder that elections for the WPLUG board for 2008 will be
held at the October 4th Annual Users Meeting.  Please note that we
will meet at Panera Bread in Waterworks Mall.

The doors will open at 3 P.M.
Business will begin at 3:30 P.M.
The ballot box will open at 3:30 P.M.
The ballot box will close at 3:45 P.M.
No votes will be cast after 3:45 P.M. - NO EXCEPTIONS
The presentation will begin at 3:45 P.M.
followed by an organizational discussion.
The new board will be announced close to 5 P.M.

Also available on the above website is the ballot for the election.  If you will
be attending the Annual Meeting, you can pick up a ballot there and
vote.  If you'll
not be attending, please print out the ballot and fill it out/mail it
in according to the instructions (instructions are on the ballot).

Please also watch the above website for information on the candidates.
Candidates have been asked to make statements, and will likely be
participating in IRC sessions.  Watch the website for details.

If you plan to attend the meeting, please sign up to help
out now. We especially need election tellers. These are the folks who
count the votes. Training will be provided.
