If you program all day, a standing desk might be much better for your
back and general health than sitting (disclaimer: I am not a doctor,
at least not of medicine :-)

I need to find a home for my current standing desk (Steelcase
Airtouch, adjustable height).  It's in great shape, but I just
replaced it with one that has a wood top instead of gray veneer.
