[wplug-market] free Dell and Sony CRT monitors

Now that I've caught up with the 21st century and am using LCD monitors,
I have two CRT monitors to give away, if you're willing to pick them
up in Fox Chapel.  Both are in good condition, and were in daily use
until a few days ago.

1. Dell UltraScan 1600HS, 20" monitor. I used it at 1600x1200 @ 85 Hz.

2. Sony CPD-100ES, 14" monitor. Handles 1280x1024, but I found 1024x768
   more usable due to the small size.

One to a customer, unless I only get one interested party.
