Hey all-

I apologize for this being way OT, but I¹ve been a member of this list for
years and this community is always a great resource. For anyone interested
in a very inexpensive income property please read below, others kindly
delete:

I¹m transferring with my job across the country in mid-June. I have an
updated 2bd1ba home, very ³cute², sits on two city lots, and is located in a
40% rental area. The price is extremely low, and I¹m willing to negotiate
with any potential local buyer to ensure that it¹s profitable as a rental. I
have pre-remodel independent assessment indicating an Very Favorable
Loan-to-value ratio for any lender (it¹s even better now that it¹s
remodeled). I posted an ad on Ebay the other day, and as long as there are
no bids I will entertain direct offers. This is a chance to snag this place
Really Really Cheap. I currently live in it, and it will be move-in ready
for either a renter or owner/occupant when I move out in mid June (earlier
if needed). Here is a link to the Ebay listing:

I have access to a large pool of potential renters because I¹m affiliated
with both major medical centers in the area (their incoming residents and
students, nurses and nursing students all need housing). I would be willing
to use my resources to advertise for you. This is a financially stable, but
fairly transient population. They usually rent in a given area for 1-4 years
before transferring or settling (great income potential).

Of course, you may contact me to set up a time to come by and see the place
for yourself.

Hopefully this wasn¹t too OT!

Please feel free to contact me with questions/comments,
-Doug
