Hello,

We have exactly one SATA 120 gig Maxtor hard drive, refurbished, in 
sealed anti-static bag. This is 100% as-is. The Maxtor warranty has 
expired.

This indeed is a DiamondMax Plus 9 120GB SATA/ 150 HDD Model # 6Y120MO OEM

New Egg sells this new for $85 bucks.

We'd like to part with this for $75 or best *reasonable* offer by Feb 4, 
2005. Available for pickup at the GUM on February 5. If we need to ship 
this to you there will be a $5 fee. All proceeds go towards recouping our
losses from wplug's hardware outage in September. The current loss yet to 
recoup is $240

That brings us to why we are selling this disk....
In September, the hard drive of our web/email server failed due to a 
power outage. The disk was under warranty but we needed to redeploy quicker 
than Maxtor could complete the RMA process. We purchased 2 replacement 
disks to create a redundancy raid to get ourselves back online. What we are
selling is the RMA disk that Maxtor shipped to us.
