[wplug-market] Quad Xeon II parts

Over a year ago I started buying parts to put together a cheap quad 
processor machine. The parts have been dormant for a year so it's time to 
give someone else a chance.
The parts I have:
Quad mother board.
4 processors and the voltage regulator things
memory riser board (supports up to 16gigs of RAM)
the support hardware to hold the CPUs in place,
an adapter cable from 24 to 20 ATX power. Those might not be the right 
numbers, but it's the cable needed to connect a standard ATX power supply 
to the motherboard.

I had trouble getting it to power on. I'm not sure if that was due to any 
of the parts being bad, or the lack of sufficient power. Since it was 
designed for server applications, it had dual power supply connectors.

I dont' have a case, memory, drives, etc.
