Establish, promote and enforce infrastructure standards for operations, security and data integrity and for availability, performance and capacity management. Proactively plan for growth and business needs. Provide high-level support to technical team members locally and at remote sites in regard to systems maintenance, implementation and troubleshooting. <br>JOB REQUIREMENTS:<br>Education: BS degree in Information Science or related field,<br>Advanced degree preferred<br>Experience: 5 - 7 years of experience in computing systems planning, design and management. <br>MCSE and/or Linux certification desired. <br>Special Abilities: Detailed knowledge of operating systems (Microsoft Server, Linux/Unix) as well as a working knowledge of network and data communication protocols and technologies. Experience with back office / management applications. <br>Experience and knowledge in the design and management of resilient Windows servers and services (Active Directory, Exchange 2007/2010).
