Understand key embedded Linux concepts<br>3. dig into key areas such as debugging,
perf tuning, and cross-compiling (among others...)<br>4. become a subject matter expert on #3<br>5. Use #1 to generate new web-specific content in the form of forums, blogs, content postings, articles, etc.<br><br>This is a hands on position. Not looking for a pure docs person, but someone who would be willing to create good web-based content.
