[wplug-jobs] Custom database project

My employer currently uses FileMaker Pro-based databases to manage
student records, record sales, and fill a variety of other purposes.
Several years ago, someone was hired to develop a replacement solution
using open source technologies: a MySQL-based backend and a PHP-based
frontend released as a Drupal plugin. 

Progress on the project has stalled. We're interested in considering the
possibility of handing off the project to someone else in order to have
it completed.
