Dear WPLUG,

We need to know if COMCAST can upgrade the modem on our system which
WPLU kindly installed.
Is there anything they needs to be done to insure the system will work
if te modem is changed?

Our WIFI is not longer working in half the buuidling and the thought is
the upgrade will help.

We are willing to pay/donate for our help.
