Are there going to be any standards on the actual jobs posted?

For example, can I make a post for a nebulous position with Linux in its
name with no defined responsibilities or employer and no salary?

If I had to guess, the answer would be yes, one would be allowed to make
those kinds of posts; but I personally wouldn't recommend responding to
those kinds of posts.
