TEKsystems has and immediate need for a Linux Administrator with Bladelogic experience to join our project team here in Pittsburgh.

On a day to day basis, this individual will be responsible for building, administration and support of Linux servers in a large global environment.  Installation of applications on the servers will also be a big part of the job.

To be eligible for this opportunity, candidates should have the following experience:

Strong in scripting - Zenoss / Bladelogic - Data Analytics
*      Five years' experience with UNIX / Linux administration
*      Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking
*      Strong scripting skills (Perl, Shell, PowerShell)
*      Working knowledge of the guest operating systems such as Windows, Linux, and Solaris
*      Familiarity with security issues and best practices in virtual environments
*      Knowledge in Splunk, Puppet, or BMC BladeLogic
*      Experience with BladeLogic preferred

This is a long term project that is funded for multiple years.  This is an immediate opening so candidates must be available to interview over the phone within 48 hours.  We cannot provide relocation expenses but there can be some remote work.  This is not a 100% remote opportunity.
We also have a Lead Linux Admin and a Linux Support Admin for the same project.
