Good afternoon.
TEKsystems has 10 immediate openings for Linux Administrators here in Pittsburgh.  These are long term opportunities and there are two separate projects at the same client.
Ideally we need 3-5 years of Linux experience but will consider less.
The details are below for each project.  One project deals with mostly patching and upgrades and the other is server builds.
Our technical team will conduct phone interviews and hire from there.

Linux Patching  (5 openings)
*       Experienced Server Support Specialists focused on defined Server Technologies in RedHat Linux.
*       Support the Server Environment through routine and critical patches
*       Support Server Upgrades through an integrated Release Management Process
*       Patch testing and release approval to Production systems
*       Report on Patch and Upgrade success/failure
*       Provide Root Cause Analysis on failures
*       Update critical Knowledge Management Systems
*       Focus on Critical Service Improvement Model
*       Having experience with BladeLogic is preferred but not required.

Linux Server Builds (5 openings)


*      Five years' experience with UNIX / Linux administration

*      Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking

*      Strong scripting skills (Perl, Shell, PowerShell)

*      Working knowledge of the guest operating systems such as Windows, Linux, and Solaris

*      Familiarity with security issues and best practices in virtual environments

*      Knowledge in Splunk, Puppet, or BMC BladeLogic

*      Experience with BladeLogic preferred
