Duration - 12 Months
Location - St. Clairsville, OH 43950
Title - SQL Developer

 

Seeking a highly motivated SQL Database Development professional with a passion for developing software applications.

 

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience developing and maintaining SQL databases used by enterprise software applications. 

 

The candidate will be required to demonstrate proficiency in:
Creating SQL database schemas based on functional requirements and system designs
Creating queries, indexes, views, stored procedures and triggers
Understanding SQL Server 2008 architecture, T-SQL and SQL Profiler
Understanding SQL Server security and authentication

-Experience with highly available database solutions / architectures such as SQL Server clustering 
-SQL Server Performance Tuning Experience required 
-Experience working in secure enterprise database environments 
-Experience performing a full restore to an SQL Server database from tape. Disaster Recovery Experience. 

 

SQL report writing is a must have
Query tuning to maintain optimal database server performance by analyzing query execution plans and profiler traces
? Working effectively with individuals (software as well as non-software) on a project team
? Documenting requirements and designs


Integration Services, Reporting Services, and/or Analysis Services
Data warehousing
Object oriented language such as C# 
Service-oriented architectures
Client/server software architectures
Developing medical related products
