Mr. Lewis,

My apologies, and you make a Very Good Point!

My client is a start up company, and they have multiple openings for this
position. Salary ranges will be in the neighborhood of the following:

Junior: $50K to $60K
Experienced: $60K to $75K
Senior: $75K+

This will include a comprehensive Benefits Package + Options

This is a very close-knit engineering group of approximately 8 engineers.
The Customer Engineering group -- on the bell curve -- would be considered
in the Top 10%.

If I can answer any more questions, please, feel free to contact me.
