Position:  Technical Support Engineer
Salary:  Based on Experience + Benefits
Location:  Pittsburgh, PA

Requirements:

• UNIX/Linux administration and troubleshooting experience
• Understanding of file systems design and architecture
• Understanding of directory protocols
• Scripting and coding experience, ideally bash shell, Python, and C++

Experience:

• Must have start-up experience
• 3+ years experience in a technical support role
• Experience in a 24/7 on-call support role
• Experience with software and hardware environment reproduction and testing
• Experience with protocol packet analysis
• Experience with Ethernet switching, routing, design, and troubleshooting

Education:

• Bachelor's in CS, EE, or CE
