[wplug-jobs] job postings

I need to post a listing and having been out of the tech industry I
wasn't sure if new, better, common etc job sites have come along.  It
will be for a local (pgh) developer position.  Any suggestions would
be greatly appreciated.  I was thinking here (wplug-jobs) and the
Pittsburgh Tech Council, but not sure where else to get canidates.  Is
Monster, Dice, Craig's list, etc usefull?
