PHP development position and MySQL DBA (not a staffing company)

 

     Must have a BS in CS, IS, CE or similar field.  Strong technical
breadth in programming languages and problem solving is required.  The
ability to provide direction in areas of application development and
implementation strategy is required.  Experience with PHP or similar
language such as Perl preferred.  MySQL experience or other SQL
experience preferred.  You will not be designing web pages.  You will be
optimizing applications so that processing can be done as quickly and
efficiently as possible.

     This position will be working with SUSE Linux, Apache, MySQL, and
PHP to continue developing a web application used for processing a large
volume of medical data.  This position will also work on programs
created to accept large volumes of data from clients.  You will be
challenged to organize the data received and report on the medical
trends and statistics.
