---------------------------
Be a part of something truly new as a Content Engineer for TimeSys.
This is a very exciting time to become a part of TimeSys as we are
about to come onto the market with something brand new and you will
have the chance to directly impact it. You will be a highly prized
resource within our organization, taking our collective work with
embedded Linux and transforming into optimized Web content for all to
see. We are looking for someone both technically savvy and creative -
you have to speak and understand "tech" and then creatively turn it
into a compelling offering. With tremendous growth potential, open
door access to the entire company, and an exciting company with an
exciting product, this is a chance to take your career to new heights.

TimeSys is the leading service provider to developers in the embedded
Linux market, delivering LinuxLink subscriptions that empower
developers to rapidly and efficiently create their own
commercial-grade custom Linux platform. The continuously updated
cross-compiled components and information offered through LinuxLink
subscriptions are aggregated from the open source community,
semiconductor manufacturers and TimeSys and hosted by TimeSys for easy
access over the Internet.

As the Content Engineer for TimeSys, working in our Pittsburgh, PA
headquarters, your mission will be to continually generate new
relevant Linux content and to deploy that content onto our website. In
addition, we will rely on you to review and improve our existing
content, and to ensure that it is and remains top notch. Your "think
outside the box" mentality and creative brain will be put to the test
as you will be tasked with generating new ideas and ways to better our
overall product. A working knowledge of Linux and/or Solaris will
provide you the right foundation to immerse yourself in our technology
and offerings to become a knowledge-base for us and our customers.
Leveraging your refined verbal and written communication skills will
be imperative as you transform that knowledge into optimized content
distributed by our Web mechanism. The content will consist of
Web-based documents as well as classic technical publications such as
installation guides, and you may be creating blogs and PDFs, so your
experience with FrameMaker will be utilized. We are a very
collaborative group, and while you will be the sole person performing
your task, your ability to interface and work very closely with other
technical departments will allow you to fit in and thrive. Join us and
come along for what is sure to be an exciting ride!
