TimeSys is looking for a full-time Linux Support Engineer for the
downtown Pittsburgh office. The requirements for the position are as follows.

-Demonstrable knowledge of Linux. This is a MUST, and will be
tested during the interview process.

-Demonstrable knowledge of compiling programs in C using gcc
(gnu C Compiler).  That means some exposure to programming is
desirable.  Web technologies such as PHP are also of interest.

-Support experience preferred. Have worked with a ticketing system,
taking calls, etc.

-Must have demonstrable ability to communicate, both written and verbal.

-Must have installed and worked with a variant of Linux such
as Ubuntu, Fedora Core 6, 7 or 8, Gentoo, Debian.

-Must have some work experience.

-Must be able to work in a team environment.

-Must live in the Pittsburgh area and willing to work downtown

-A knowledge of the Open Source community is desirable.
