Why do I never see ads for junior system administrators only senior
ones? Have those jobs all been outsourced to India? :-) Same thing for
programming almost every job ad I see is Senior this and Senior that
sigh. I guess the days of starting at the bottom and working your way
up via apprenticeship and mentoring in IT are largely over in the US?
