Hi WPLUG,

We are searching for someone to help develop and maintain a web-based real
estate application we've created.

The existing app is written in PHP, uses a MySQL db, and runs on Apache.
And we've begun to implement some AJAX functionality to improve the UI.  So
we'd prefer someone with intimate knowledge of the same.

Otherwise, we need someone who is looking to be part of a start-up and can
commit 20-hours per week, maybe more (in other words, if you're just looking
to pad your resume, please don't reply).

You'd technically be considered a contractor and would be paid by the hour
with an opportunity for part-ownership.

We'd like you to start ASAP.
